Crime Insight products are typically deployed on a web server (Front End) with a separate database server (Back End). The tables below show the network requirements to make the product communicate successfully. All ports listed are default, but customer ports may also be used depending on your needs. When using custom ports, please advise Beyond 20/20 support during the deployment process. All port rules are TCP except where noted.
