How To Release Data on a Public Reporting Site and/or a TOPS Site Print

When you are ready you can release a new year of data to the public reporting site and Tops (if applicable) using Perspective Site Manager.

Sign in to the Public reporting site as an administrator. Click on Site Manager.
Select the OLAP Connection tab and Time Dimension Restrictions... button.
Set the Min. Year and Max. Year for the cubes on the public reporting site. The settings here also restrict data available in the Theme Oriented Public Site (TOPS) reports. Most of the time, you will increase the Max. Year to release the data of the most recently completed year.

Notes:

This process can also be applied to the LEA or Admin reporting sites if you don't want all data available on these sites.
Some older versions of the Site Manager server may not support Time Dimension Restrictions. If you don't see the button, please contact Beyond20/20 Support Team.
