When you are ready you can release a new year of data to the public reporting site and Tops (if applicable) using Perspective Site Manager.
- Sign in to the Public reporting site as an administrator. Click on Site Manager.
- Select the Time Dimension Restrictions tab.
- Select the Collection Name you want to change and click Edit, Enter the year you would like to publish then click Ok. The settings here also restrict data available in the Theme Oriented Public Site (TOPS) reports.
Notes:
- This process can also be applied to the LEA or Admin reporting sites if you don't want all data available on these sites.
- Some older versions of the Site Manager server may not support Time Dimension Restrictions. If you don't see the button, please contact Beyond20/20 Support Team.
