All Arrestee Data cube
The All Arrestee Data cube includes arrests for both Group A incidents and Group B arrests (hence the dimension "Arrest Offense for A and B Arrests").
The "All Arrestee Data" cube has a "Segment" dimension. If you select "Arrest Segment" from this dimension, you should get data that matches the "Arrestee Data" cube.
Arrestee Data cube
The Arrestee Data cube includes arrests for Group A incidents only.
Group B arrestees are not included in the Arrestee Data cube.
Group A incidents can only have Group A offense codes in the offense segment but can have Group A and Group B arrest offense codes in the arrest segments. The Arrest Offense dimension has Group B offenses in it, even in the "Arrestee Data" cube so that all arrest offense codes are included.
