After saving data via online data entry for Police Employee, Death in Custody, or Use of Force, a user is presented with error 500 - Forbidden and cannot see the status of data submission.

Missing view permission in the user role is the cause of this issue. 

To fix this issue, we need to grant the corresponding "View ... Upload Menu Item" under "View Submit Data Menu Item" for the affected user role.

Notes: Permission granted under the 2 groups View Submit Data Menu Item and View Editors Menu must be compatible.
