There is no need to delete an incident with error code 055.
The agency can simply upload a good version of the incident and the error will be overwritten.
If the agency does not want to see the error in the "Errors and Warnings" page (Previously called "Data Status" in older releases) you can dismiss the error for the agency.
Another way for Flat files only is by submitting a 1D record for the incident in question to remove the error.
