What is the difference between the Integrator's Builder and the DC Wizard? They both have command line functionality and they're both used to create tables. When would you use one versus the other?

The Integrator's Builder is used when you want to automate many table builds that use individual text source files whereas, the DC Wizard does the same thing but uses a database (usually Access) as its source.
