Your Theme-Oriented Public Site (TOPS) allows for some control over the look and feel of the website. Chief among the configuration options is the background image used on the landing page. As an example, have a look at the TOPS background image used by Colorado below. For your TOPS site, you can provide a single image, or do as they have done and provide a single image with multiple subjects you feel represent your state well. 





The image may be provided to a Beyond 20/20 Business Analyst working with you, or emailed directly to support@beyond2020.com.


When providing an image, please make sure that the image file conforms to the following standard:


Dimensions
  • Height: 850px 
  • Width: 1850px
File Type
  • .PNG file
Resolution
  • 96 ppi
Color
  • RGB
  • No CMYK because it may not render properly in modern browsers
File Size
  • under 100 KB
